Valentine’s may be one day self-love is a practice. For February and March, I am offering three gentle support options for adults and teens navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, or self-worth work. These sessions are trauma-informed, private, and designed to feel calm, structured, and safe, whether you need a single pause or deeper ongoing support.
Valentine’s Day can bring connection, reflection, gratitude, or even emotional triggers. Regardless of how the day felt, real life continues, and so does your relationship with yourself.
Self-love is not a single celebration. It is the steady, ongoing practice of:
• Regulating your nervous system
• Building emotional resilience
• Setting healthy boundaries
• Reconnecting with your inner voice
• Healing patterns that no longer serve you
For this season, three structured support options are available:
A once-off session for those feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or in need of grounding.
This is a gentle, contained space to pause, regulate, and reconnect, without long-term commitment.
Ideal for anyone unsure where to begin but needing support now.
A short, structured container designed for sensitive or overwhelmed teens navigating anxiety, stress, or emotional intensity.
These sessions focus on emotional awareness, regulation tools, and creating a safe, neutral space to process experiences.
Pay-as-you-go is available when sessions are booked in advance.
For adults ready to explore relationship patterns, self-worth, boundaries, and inner child healing more consciously.
This option provides a steady, trauma-informed container to gently unpack and rebuild from a place of safety and clarity.
All sessions are offered in a private, supportive environment, either in-person or online.
Healing is not dramatic or rushed.
It is steady, grounded, and supported with care.
