This service combines Reiki, age-appropriate holistic counselling, nervous system regulation, and creative tools like journaling, art, or breathwork. Whether your teen is struggling after a breakup, bullying, trauma, identity confusion, or overwhelming pressure to be “ok,” this space helps them reconnect with who they are, without being judged or fixed. We guide them to recognize their triggers, build emotional awareness, and create real-world strategies to manage stress, confidence, and self-worth. For Parents: You’ll receive optional support resources, debriefs, and check-ins to stay involved — but your teen’s privacy and autonomy are also respected. Our goal is to create trust, communication, and emotional growth — not force or pressure.

Adolescence is already a complex time of emotional, social, and identity shifts. Add trauma, anxiety, peer pressure, or emotional neglect, and it can feel overwhelming for both teen and parent.

Our trauma healing sessions for teens are designed to offer a non-judgmental, empowering, and emotionally intelligent space where your teen can begin to feel like themselves again,  free from shutdown, irritability, anxiety, or emotional heaviness.

What the Sessions May Include:

  • Talk Therapy or Light Counselling: We hold space for your teen to explore what’s happening for them emotionally, without pressure. These conversations are honest, age-appropriate, and gently help your teen connect with their emotions and triggers.

  •  Reiki & Energy Work: Teens often carry trauma in their body, shoulders, gut, chest, or nervous system. Reiki helps regulate their emotions and gently release what’s been suppressed or unspoken. Most leave the session feeling calmer and clearer.

  • Somatic Tools & Nervous System Repatterning: Teens are introduced to simple techniques that help them understand their body’s responses to stress (fight, flight, freeze) and how to reset from them. This supports better emotional regulation and empowerment.

  •  Journaling, Visualisation, or Art therapy techniques: Depending on the teen’s preference, we may include journaling, drawing, or intuitive tools to help them reconnect with their voice and develop healthy emotional habits.

  •  Ancestral & Identity Exploration (as needed): For teens struggling with identity, family dynamics, or spiritual disconnection, sessions may integrate deeper reflection (always optional, always teen-led).
