A Reiki healing session is allowing life force energy for self-healing. There are many benefits to Reiki healing as it embodies mind, body, heart & spirit. It is safe to do with other treatments as it is noninvasive. It can be done by allowing the practitioner to gently place hands on the body and use the healing power of touch or hold her hands just above the body.
