Trauma is something we all face at some point or other. Trauma can mean different things to different people. Trauma can mean abuse to one person and another an experience that scared them when they were a child. If trauma is not dealt with it can be held in the body, block chakras, and may even cause illness. Dealing with Trauma can be difficult and therefore we offer counseling with clearing the trauma in the body.
