Reiki Healing for Children (Ages 4–12) & Teens (Ages 13–18) A gentle and deeply supportive energy healing session tailored to the unique emotional and energetic needs of your child or teenager. I create a calm, connected space where they can safely release stress, emotional build-up, and energetic blocks. Reiki supports emotional balance, sleep, focus, and regulation, especially helpful for children with ADHD, ADD, or dyslexia. Children tend to respond quickly to Reiki and benefit from shorter sessions (20–40 minutes, depending on age). Teens receive a slightly longer session, similar to adult Reiki, helping them process emotional overwhelm, identity challenges, or social anxiety. Wherever your child is in their journey, these sessions gently guide them back to balance and inner calm.

Parents are welcome to be present during the session of healing, but as we honour confidentiality, we do require a few minutes alone with your child just to check in and see how they are feeling and any challenges they may be facing that they sometimes do not want to talk about with parents.
